General Conditions
Budapest Accomodation rents its self-catering apartments
on a short-term basis.
Actual prices of the apartments are shown on the website
(
http://budapest-accomodation.com).
Prices are shown in Euros and include VAT.
Toiletries and house linen ar provided, final cleaning,
the use of water, heating, and electricity are included
in the prices.
2. Booking Procedure & Payment
a, you must fill in the booking forms on the website.
b, your reservation must be then confirmed with a
prepayment equal to 20% of the total charge of your
reservation. This amount must be transfered to either
our Paypal (*) account or our bank account (**):

c, in case of regular bank transfer, a scanned copy
of your transfer's receipt must be sent by mail to
info@budapest-accomodation.com,
including your name, within 48 hours after your reservation.
Budapest Accomodation will confirm your reservation
after receiving your email.
Failure to make the transfer of the prepayment or
failure to send the copy of the transfer's receipt
may result in cancellation of the reservation.
d, the remaining 80% of the total charges will be
paid upon arrival; only cash is accepted.
In case of reservations within 24 hours prior to arrival
the prepayment is not necessary.
3. Security Deposit
An amount of 200 euros will have to be paid as security
deposit, upon arrival. This deposit is for possible
damages or losses caused to the Property. Budapest
Accomodation will provide the keys of the apartment
when the full amount of the total charges of the stay
and of the deposit will be paid.
The full amount of the deposit will be refunded upon
departure, unless there are damages or losses in the
apartment, in the equipment or furniture. The charges
of replacement will be deducted from the
security deposit. In case the cost of damage or loss
exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the Guest
will undertake to pay the difference.
4. Arrival & Departure
Budapest Accomodation must be notified about the time
of the intended arrival and departure at least 3 days
prior to the arrival by email (
info@budapest-accomodation.com),
or phone (+36 20 4812 603).
The keys to the apartment will be handled to the Guest
upon arrival, at the apartment.
Check-in is possible between 4pm (16.00) and 9pm (21.00)
on the day of arrival.
The possibility of check-in earlier than 4pm or later
than 9pm must be discussed in advance and will be
charged a supplementary fee according to the table
below.
Check-out is possible between 7am (07.00) and 12am
(12.00) on the day of departure.
The possibility of check-out earlier than 7am or later
than 12am must be discussed in advance and will be
charged a supplementary fee according to the table
below.
